Connected over MCP
Your assistant and Truecast connect over the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for passing structured information between an AI assistant and a tool.
A Truecast firm account
Your firm needs a Truecast account before anyone can connect.
A business or enterprise AI workspace
Connect from your firm’s managed workspace, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Team or Enterprise, or ChatGPT Business or Enterprise. Don’t use a personal account with client data.
Your own sign-in
Each person connects with their own Truecast sign-in and approves the permissions asked for. There is no shared connection.
Your firm decides
You review every draft
A new-client draft becomes a client only when you save it. A client update changes the plan only when you apply it. A what-if scenario never changes the plan.
Disconnect at any time
Each person can disconnect their assistant under Connected AI apps (MCP) in Settings. Removing someone from your firm ends their connections.

Does the AI assistant make the advice decision?
No. The assistant prepares the draft and Truecast calculates it. You check the client information, the assumptions and the result, then decide what goes into the advice.
Which AI assistants does Truecast work with?
Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT. We set up the connection for your firm during onboarding.
Do you use client data to train AI?
No. Truecast makes no AI calls, and our Terms say we won’t use your data to train any AI model.
